Our Story

Our company was founded by our owner John Lake IV, a licensed electrician who got his start in the industry after working in new build construction for many years prior to his many years in the electrical service industry. John honed his skills on a wide variety of commercial and residential projects, learning the ins and outs of the electrical trade as well as picking up valuable business skills working as an operations manager. With a desire to be a contributing member of the community he grew up in, John took his many years of experience and passion for electrical work and founded We Power Electric. Since then, he has assembled a talented team that loves what they do and does it well.

When our team of technicians are not improving the electrical components of our customers, we like to give back to the community by getting involved with local causes and donating to charities.
